Feb 9: Local History Program. Carl DeHart will share a pictorial history of the Spencer/Horsepasture area from the early to mid 20th Century.

Remember: All our programs start at 10:00 unless otherwise noted. We break for refreshments around 11:00, and chair aerobics provided by the Martinsville/Henry County Coalition for Health and Wellness starts at 11:30. Anyone who is not interested in the aerobics can socialize or visit the library to check out a book or use the computer lab to check e-mail. Contact the Centre for more information.

Book Discussion. The Spencer-Penn Book Club meets in the Hylton Library on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00pm. Discussions last about one hour, and are lively and lots of fun. The reading selections for the rest of 2012 are:
