The Wellness Coalition brings their Chair Aerobics to Spencer Penn. This has been a popular program for over 7 years.

Chair aerobics is an excellent program for those who want to improve their strength and cardio but have physical restrictions. Work with bands and weights while sitting. Balance techniques are practiced with the chair for support.

Come and see how you can improve your strength and endurance while listening to the oldies!
